About the event

You may feel stuck in a cycle with food that you can't seem to change. Like standing in the kitchen at night, barely aware of how you got there. Or eating in response to stress, even when you don't want food.

In those moments, eating can feel automatic and hard to interrupt, followed by guilt or frustration.

You may have tried willpower, rules, or starting over, but nothing seems to last. You may feel a desire to be more at peace with food and more supported in stressful moments.

This workshop is for people who are ready for a different approach, one that doesn’t rely on restriction or self-criticism, but instead offers a way to pause, understand what’s happening, and respond with care.
